Who is Minerva inFallout 76?

Minerva is a Gold Bullion vendor traveling across four locations inFallout 76. Each week that she changes locations, she also rotates her inventory known as “sales.” Her sales contain a portion of items that other Gold Bullion vendors offer except everything is at a 25% discount.

Minerva’s camp is found immediately West of the fast-travel point.

Fort Atlas

Fast-travel to Fort Atlas and face towards the gates, Minerva’s camp can be found on the right-hand side.

Foundation

After fast-traveling to Foundation, Minerva’s camp can be found on the right-hand side of the path leading towards the gate.

The Whitespring Resort

Fast-travel to The Whitespring Resort. Minerva’s camp is in front of the main entrance.
