Fast Five Nights at Freddy’s

The multi-part, Chuck E. Cheese’s-inspired horror gameFive Nights at Freddy’shas been a wildly popular hit and now Warner Bros. wants in on the action.

According toThe Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. has acquired the rights to Scott Cawthon’s horror game for the purpose of turning it into a movie produced by Vertigo Entertainment’s Roy Lee and KatzSmith Productions’ David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith.

The latter noted he’s, “looking forward to working with Scott to make an insane, terrifying and weirdly adorable movie.”

I am looking forward to theItadaptationTrue Detectivedirector Cary Fukunaga is working on, as noted in the end of the article. So it’s a win-win.
