From Software has announcedProject Dark, a brand new game from the same team that brought us Demon’s Souls. Like 2009’s excellently bleak roleplaying action game,Project Darkwill be exclusive to the PlayStation 3.
The game was shown off during the Sony press conference, but had been blacked off on Internet streams, meaning only those press who were allowed into the show got to see it. All we outsiders know so far is that it’s a “dark fantasy” title, which makes it sound like a spiritual follow-up toDemon’s Souls.
Demon’s Soulswas one of 2009’s best titles, so any news of the team making more games is fantastic. Can’t wait to find out more!
[Update:The official site lists the game for Xbox 360 as well, meaning it may only be PS3 exclusive in Japan. Yay!]
