Irvine, California-based startupSinful Robothas its sights set on theOculus Riftvirtual-reality headset and is “developing the world’s first series of fully-immersive erotic encounters.” It was only a matter of time, and hey, someone’s got to do it.
The company is looking to expand ahead of the Rift’s release in 2014, with a number of open positions for 3D artists and animators. In aReddit thread, Sinful Robot commented that thanks to the device, “we can finally make an erotic adventure game that will actually be exciting.” There’s nothing quite like porn to drive adoption of new technology.
