I have a feeling the reality of those days will be more akin to the absolute carnage we’ll see once Rockstar launch the multiplayer component oftheir latest hit,Red Dead Redemption 2.
According to a recent investor call, it won’t be too long before we’re all plunged into such chaotic, six-shooter warfare, as it has been stated by Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick thatRed Deadonline is expected to begin its beta-testing period at the end of November.
No real details were given about what the online component will entail, but it is expected to be a much bigger and more involved upgrade on the originalRed Dead Redemption’sopen world. Taking a leaf out of the amazingly successfulGTA Online, Rockstar plans to keepRed Dead’smultiplayer mode constantly updated with fresh content, challenges and in-game events.
