Though it should have been a feature day one,Elden Ring: Nightreignis finally getting a duo mode. It’s set to launch on July 30 alongside Patch 1.02, which will also bring other improvements and quality-of-life changes, primarily to the UI. Duo Expeditions, as FromSoftware calls them, were announced today, July 25, onElden Ring‘s official X account. It’s a feature many players wanted to have in the game since launch but were forced into either solo (unfairly difficult) or trio (high odds of a troll random)....

Some more details about Season 18 ofApex Legends: Resurrectedare here. As a new Ranked Season, Resurection brings multiple updates toApex. Ring damage and timing receive adjustments in an effort to decrease pre-finale lulls. A new minimum elimination bonus will increase based on your MMR. Also, an update to Ranked will slow the pace to Masters for the average player, allowing for more accurate matchmaking. As such, there will mostly be changes in climbing the ranks after Diamond....

The new cartoon features a dog that shares a name with Blizzard’s hellish video game franchise, and as such the latter is concerned that FOX’s trademarking of the name will cause confusion among audiences....

From the Brazilian team Swordtales, you’ll play as Moonchild, on a quest to climb to the top of Toren, a large and looming tower. The game boasts puzzles as well as action sequences. Evidently as the story progresses you’ll change from an infant to a woman, boasting a narrative that grows alongside of your avatar....

Who you gonna call? A new tweet from the officialCall of DutyTwitter appears to be teasing the return of one of the blockbuster franchise’s best-remembered characters: Ghost. The short teaser video takes the form of a personnel database, and has (presumably) Captain Price calling the fan-favourite back to the fight. “Ghost” is the call-name of British operative Simon Riley, who made his debut in 2009’sModern Warfare 2.Despite not even making it to the final reel of that entry’s campaign, Ghost become a popular figure among theCoDplayerbase, thanks to his “badass” attitude, and sinister look – basically, he has a skull bandana/mask, and peoplereallydig that shit....
