Batman: Arkham City: What, me worry?

Dear Destructoid readers, I have something I’d like to share with you today. It’s something quite… dastardly, if I do say so myself. More maniacal than the Joker, more ruthless than Killer Croc, more relentless than Two-Face, I have concocted a new, nefarious villain forBatman: Arkham City. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you…THE DEVIL’S ADVOCATE. Naturally, the part of this addition to the Dark Knight’s rogues gallery — who is extremely attractive and like, totally awesome in every way I might add — will be played by none other than yours truly....

Becoming an Ace Attorney

The closest (hopefully) we’ll ever get to being in court The re-release ofApollo Justicefor the Nintendo 3DS gives me a perfect opportunity to bring up some of the important lessons the series has taught us about the law. Bethesda’s case was that Hupp was not an “authorized reseller,” and that his sale of the game as new was “unlawful.” That issue seems to stem from the wording of “new” in the store description, since Bethesda is claiming Hupp should have the item listed as “used....

E3 10: Dead Space 2 looks sharp, scary, and cold

While this technically isn’t our first glimpse at the in-game action ofDead Space 2— that award goes to this blurry, yet awesomefootage from PAX East— it might as well be. In it, we get to see a couple of new tricks, like Isaac’s ability to hover with some fancy jetboots. The puking Necromorph shows up too, as does a boss enemy that looks like it crawled out of aSilent Hillgame. I don’t know what its deal is, but I will say it already tops all ofDead Space‘s bosses in terms of sheer what-the-eff creepiness....
