Microsoft offered no resistance to the union vote following a deal made with the CWA wherein MS will remain neutral on all unionization matters in return for gaining the CWS’s approval on its proposed acquisition of publisher Activision Blizzard....

Not a game, obviously. Nintendo is releasing a Mii app for mobile devices in 2015, company president Satoru Iwata revealed during a recent investor Q&A session. Earlier this year, Nintendoexpressed an interestin leveraging smartphones to promote its products, despite its lack of plans to bring games to mobile platforms. Previously, the company announced adedicated Miiverse appfor smartphones, which has yet to manifest. Iwata mentioned the Mii app was targeted for a 2014 release, but the company ultimately decided to delay its release to polish it a bit more....

Zappa, Mondo Zappa Killer Is Deadis the next big game from developer Grasshopper Manufacture and the mind of Suda51. The basic idea echoes many past Suda games where you become a highly skilled badass taking on overpowered enemies by means of melee combat. In this case, you play as Mondo Zappa, an executioner and new employee of the Brian Execution Agency. Unlike the assassins in Suda’s other games, Mondo is actually working toprotectthe world (for the right price of course) as he takes on a new breed of criminals using biomechanical body part replacements to terrorize the planet....
