Cave story We were in the dark about Introversion Software’s newest project and we didn’t even know it. The British studio that’s probably best known forDarwiniaandPrison Architectjust shone a light on its next imminent game. A bajillion colorful little lights. In a surprise reveal, Introversion just announcedScanner Sombrewhich will release on April 26. It’s a game about being lost in a cave with only a LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) scanner to guide you....

As a child, I had the SEGA Genesis. My brother and sister took the NES and SNES for themselves (and later sold it. I will never forgive you, Ricky!), and as a spoiled little bastard I demanded that SEGA Genesis. That enchanting blue hedgehog enamored me in so many ways, it would not be an overstatement to say that I may have “wubbed” him. Not Nex and Summa love, just puppy love....

Not just Lifeline’s new revive ability At last week’sEA Play event,Apex Legendskicked off the festivities, probably in part because its news was so pressing: the upcoming Lost Treasures event launches tomorrow. With it come several features that were shown in the video and/or explicitly pointed out by Respawn. Today, Respawn released patch notes and a developer commentary video, and there is more changing than just the addition of mobile respawn beacons, Crypto’s town takeover, and Lifeline’s ability to have her Drone of Compassion revive teammates without her help....
