There’s some new pricing for Nintendo’s older handhelds. Starting May 20, the DSi XL will retail for $129.99, and it’s smaller screened little brother, the standard DSi, will go for $99.99. Both will still be packed withFlipnote Studio, and the XL will still come with pre-installed copies of the twoBrain Agegames.

This drop falls right in line with Nintendo’s moves in recent years. They slowly back down the price of the older system to bring a more attractive price point that seems to be aimed right at younger gamers.

I miss my fat ass XL system and its big ol’ screen. $129 is almost low enough to have me going out to get another.
