Japan always gets the best things
Usually I wouldn’t make this big of a deal over something that is (so far) only releasing in Japan, butKingdom Hearts Unchained X[chi]is just too cute to pass up. The iOS and Android game is based off a Japan-onlybrowser game,Kingdom Hearts X[chi], which is just as adorable.
Not a lot is known aboutUnchained X[chi]quite yet, but it looks like it’ll take place during the Great Keyblade War and will loosely tie in with the events ofKingdom Hearts III. While the game is based off that browser game with a remarkably similar name,Kingdom Hearts Unchained X[chi]will have a different story and mechanics more appropriate for a mobile platform. But who really cares about any of that when you have adorable little characters dressed up like theKingdom Heartscast?
