Unsurprisingly, 505 Games’Naughty Bearcame and went pretty darn fast. I don’t think the world at large is entirely ready for a game packed so full of bear-on-bear violence.
If you held on to your copy, take note: a free downloadable episode is now out on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network. The add-on is simply called “Level 8,” which is far more amusing to me than it ought to be.
Anyway, the new episode revolves around the X-Bears — a pack of superhero bears, naturally — and their devoted yet powerless fan, Bubbles, who makes up for his shortcomings with an Uzi. This sounds likeNaughty Bear, all right.
Besides the story stuff, there’s new costumes, hats, weapons, and four additional challenges. Again, all of this is a free download, so unless you are really tired of the game, you might as well grab it.
