In most MMOs, you’ll collect thousands of items, visit a few of your favorite merchants, and sell your entire inventory before moving on to your next goal.Brighter Shoreshas a similar system with a twist: you can only sell specific items to certain NPCs.

How to sell items in Brighter Shores

To sell items inBrighter Shores, you’ll have to bring your resources to a matching vendor. For example, if you have an inventory full of weapons and armor, you can sell them at the Quartermaster near Hopeport’s Training Ground. Similarly, you’ll visit The Delectable Dab Restaurant’s Head Chef if you want tosell cooked dishes.

Once you visit a shop owner, you’ll find three options: Sell, Sell All, and Buy Back. While the first lets you select individual items, the other automatically sells every relevant item to the shop with one button press. However, it will only use resources that match your merchant, so you won’t be able to sell weapons and fish at the same NPC. Lastly, buyback lets you purchase any items you may have accidentally sold.
