Throughout all of Mount Qaf, you will find various resources and collectibles. One of them, Soma Tree Petals, is what you want to look for when trying to increase your Max Health. Once you collect four Soma Tree Petals, it will form a Soma Tree Flower and grant you an entire Health Bar segment. This is the best way to increase your Max Health as the increase is permanent.
You can find Soma Tree Petals throughout all of Mount Qaf. You will get some as a reward for completing specific side quests, but the majority are found scattered throughPrince of Persia: The Lost Crownas a collectible.

There are nine total side quest chains inPrince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Of those nine side quests, four of them grant Soma Tree Petals or Soma Tree Petals. Those quests and rewards are:
