Upon defeating Grigoire, you should receive one Shard of Agony. You’ll need two units of this, along with two Musuc-Slick Eggs which are acquired by defeating Varshan.
It should also be noted that you must fight Grigoire at World Tier 4 – Torment. Fighting him at 3 won’t yield any Shards of Agony, thus being a waste of farming those Helltide orange chests.

Where to fight Duriel
Once you have the needed items to summon the King of Maggots, head over to the Gaping Crevasse dungeon. This is located to theeast of Gea Kul.It’s going to start at level 100, meaning Duriel will also be encountered at that level. Be prepared for a tough fight.
