How to approach a Baby Dragon in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Unlike the owls you find around the Library of Lore and The Bind, baby dragons are timid creatures who’ll get scared if you approach too quickly. They’re similar to sea turtles and raccoons you find inDisney Dreamlight Valley’sbase game, so be careful while approaching it.

However, you don’t have to walk toward it slowly like you would with turtles or raccoons. Although the baby dragon’s head will move around like it’s alert, you can run up to it and wait a few seconds before it warms up to you. At first, it’ll be scared and lay on the ground in fear, but eventually, it’ll stand up and stare at you while sticking out its tongue.

Although this is a very goofy gesture, it’s a show of trust that allows you to approach and feed it.

What is a Baby Dragon’s favorite food in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

Baby dragons have two favorite goods: Magma and Pure Ice. Their color doesn’t matter when it comes to this. As long as you give them one of these two minerals, they’ll eat it up and consider it their favorite.

you’re able to easily get Pure Ice and Magma through Everafter and Mythopia, respectively. Since you unlock dragons through unlocking Everafter, you’ll already have access to Pure Ice without opening more biomes.
