Once you have the submarine, you’ll need to gain access to Volcanic Vents and Challenger’s Deep. Both these regions have their separate bestiaries, so make sure to do some serious fishing here. Use your GPS to head to the following coordinates (XYZ: -13515, -11050, 175).
