22 minutes, if you want all of that

We sat down with Cliff Bleszinski at PAX Prime last week to talk about his studio’s new gameLawBreakers. We chatted about thegameplay mechanicsand thefree-to-play model. There’s still more to come from that interview.

However, one thing we didn’t get to do was actually play the game. All we’ve been going on is theinitial gameplay trailer. It’s fine, but these things tend to be heavily scripted and edited. It’s howLawBreakerslooks in theory, but who knows if it’s how it looks in practice?

While we may not have played it, a whole bunch of folks did get their hands on it at an off-site play session. Out of that came a 22-minute raw video of that’s made up of short clips of kills. You probably won’t set aside nearly a half-hour to parse through the entirety of this, but at least it seems like an honest take on what we can expect. That’s more than most games give us this early into the marketing cycle.
