Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2looks far morefleshed outthan I had originally expected it to be. If all you care about is competitive multiplayer (which was super good in the original!), you’ll still be able to melt hours away with that, but there’s now also a hub world to mess about in.
As detailed in this video, Backyard Battleground will be home to a wave-based defensive mode called Flag of Power, mini-games, character customization, quests, and secrets. It connects you to everything in the game, essentially, and you can explore with up to three friends in co-op.
