Of all the villagers inFields of Mistria, Hayden is perhaps the most realistically suited to a love affair with your character. He owns the farm next door (you can combine acreage!), and, other than his bizarre relationship with a chicken, he has few faults.
Of course at this point in Early Access, you can’t actually get very far withromancingHayden, or anyone for that matter. However, you can give yourself a head start and get him to the current maximum heart level of four, preparing yourself to woo him when the time comes.

Hayden’s loved gifts in Fields of Mistria
As you might expect, Hayden loves to receive farm produce. Clearly, his animals aren’t performing as well as he’d like, as he’s always happy to take what your animals provide.
Golden Animal Productswill only drop from your animals once you reach a relationship of at least 8 hearts with them. You can possibly get them by giving 100Shiny Beadsto the Chicken Statue on Sweetwater Farm, though. Which is lucky, because Hayden is very close by if this happens.

Hayden’s liked gifts in Fields of Mistria
Again, Hayden is happy to take any animal produce off of your hands, but the key to his heart also appears to be through his stomach, as a lot of his liked gifts are meals and he has a soft spot for fruit pies and vegetarian dishes.
All of these dishes (as well as those Hayden loves) can possibly be found at the Sleeping Dragon Inn, Balor’s Wagon, or at Darcy’s Stall in the Saturday Market.

What not to give Hayden in Fields of Mistria
If you’re looking to befriend or woo Hayden, it’s a safe bet not to give him any of the following items:
Hayden also particularly hates receiving a Sushi Platter. Apparently, this one in particular is worse than any of the other fish dishes you could possibly give him.
