2014 seems to be a mixed bag for the company. With so many irons in the fire this past year, perhaps it should come as no surprise that some of the projects didn’t pan out. Double Fine most recently made news last September when it made the controversial decision tocease developmenton its Early Access title,Spacebase DF-9due to fundingissues.

It’s always tough to hear about layoffs, so, to all those affected by this unfortunate turn of events, Destructoid would like to wish you Godspeed in finding new avenues of employment.
