Cyberpunk 2077was teased by CD Projekt Red with a short CGI trailer five years ago to the day. Since then, well, it’s been pretty quiet on theCyberpunknews front.
CD Projekt Red made it clear that while they had plans to work onCyberpunk 2077in the future, their main focus was going to be finishing off theWitcher 3DLC packs before even starting work on the new project.

There you have it, a literal sign of life. I initially thought that they just forgot the password to the account and finally dug through enough Post-it notes to find the right one, but the whole “five years to the date since the first teaser” aspect makes me think this is all part of a plan.
I don’t really care, I just want more info about this, as science-fiction and me go together like peanut butter and jelly. I hope this is a sign that we will see more news, but remember what Red said, “Hope is a dangerous thing.”
