Absolver is free-to-play for a limited time

Devolver Digital is runninga Steam salethrough April 19 with deals on a range of eclectic, subversive, memorable PC titles. It’s not the best video game catalog out there, but it’s one of the most interesting.

A few highlights from the Devolver Digital Publisher Weekend sale:

There’s also play-free-for-a-limited-time promos forAbsolver, an intricate melee combat game that went over my head, andDevolver Bootleg, a funky package full of tongue-in-cheek “rip-offs.”

“The more you spend during the Devolver Digital Weekend on Steam and the Devolver Digital Spring Sale on Nintendo Switch, the bigger the budget we will have for this year’s Devolver Direct,”the publisher tweeted. “No pressure.” E3 may be gone, but these nice folks are still gonna mess with us.

The Switch sale isn’t as extensive, but you can nab some Destructoid favorites likeDownwell($1.49),Gris($8.49),Katana Zero($10.04), and the two-gameHotline Miami Collection($12.49). I might bite.
