TheSins of the Fleshupdate forCult of the Lambadded the ability for your followers to, er… partner up and have offspring. You might be wondering if you’re able to get in on the action.

I’m going to get gradually more detailed here, but the short answer is no. The Lamb can’t get it on with their followers.

Cult of the Lamb Mate between two followers

So, in reality, some high-profile cult leaders did have relations in with their followers, so it wouldn’t be out of place inCult of the Lamb.My family actually had some minor interactions with a cult called The Ant Hill Kids, who had set up a compound not far from my grandfather’s ranch. I wouldn’t recommend looking them up, but the leader was involved in this sort of power abuse. It was also observed with The Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas.

Already, you can marry followers, which is somewhat problematic to begin with, but it’s generally presented in a more wholesome way. I’m not going to get too far into it, but this sort of lopsided relationship with a person of power is a form of abuse.

Still, I’m not saying that your looking up this information is problematic. I’m more trying to clarify why having the Lamb mate with their followers wasn’t added with TheSins of the Flesh. There’s already human sacrifice and psychological abuse, but depicting the Lamb having these sorts of interactions with their followers would probably be crossing the line, especially when it comes to age ratings.

Cult of the Lambdepicts some insanely dark subject matter but generally handles it pretty well in a way that probably won’t offend many. However, while your followers can now mate using a mating tent, your Lamb will have to live with a sexless marriage. Going any further would be crossing a line that people like the ESRB would probably have issue with.
