That specialCall of Dutyreveal eventis currently going on and it’s full of cliched behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with people feigning excitement for the new game. It’s basic marketing 101 stuff, but we did get a reveal trailer for the new game. While the trailer states “in-game footage,” I’m not holding my breath.

Along with the trailer comes a Tweet from Sony that confirms the game will be taking place exclusively in the European theater of World War II. I suppose going with a well wrung story is a good way to excite people, since it has the most memorable and well talked about battles of the entire war.
