It’s aBit.Tripf*cking overload! The final game in the series,Bit.Trip FLUX, hits WiiWare tomorrow, while the most beloved game in the series,Bit.Trip RUNNER, is hitting Steam for Mac/PC. According to the attached press release, the Steam edition of the game will have leaderboards, HD graphics, and ALL NEW DIFFICULTY LEVELS.
In case you couldn’t tell, I’m freaking out over that last bit. Adding new difficulty levels to a game likeRUNNERis effectively giving you a new version of the game. At least, that’s what I’m imagining. I guess I’ll find out myself when the game hits tomorrow.
Bit.Trip RUNNERis one of my favorite games ever. If you like challenging-but-encouraging platformers, rhythm action games, or videogames in general, I implore you to check it out.
