To hype up the launch ofOperation Blood Orchid, the next expansion forRainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft will be holding a free weekend for their tactical house remodeling game. Available on all platforms (PC via Steam and Uplay, PS4, Xbox One), you’ll be able to partake in the fullSiegeexperience from August 24th to the 27th. All progress you make on your character will carry over into the full game, should you choose to buy it.
To entice people into buying, the game will also be 50% off its regular retail price. This sale will run until September 4, one day before the launch ofBlood Orchid. The expansion will include a brand new Hong Kong themed map and three new operators (two from Hong Kong and one from Poland).
If you’re curious to see any of the new content in action, Ubisoft will be livestreaming the update on theRainbow SixTwitch channelon August 26. It will take place after the “Pro League Finals” at 6:15 pm CEST/9:15 am PDT.
