Where to find all the Altar of Lilith locations in Kehjistan
Once you have finished discoveringall 34 Altar of Lilith locations in Hawezar, you will be on to the final region of Kehjistan. While the rest of the regions could be tackled at any time, you should not attempt to get all of Kehjistan’s Altars until you have finished the campaign quests.
Act VI ofDiablo 4will unlock several areas of the region for you that you cannot access otherwise. If you decide to try and get the Altars before finishing the campaign, keep in mind you will not be able to grab all of them until you have finished it.

Individual location of each Altar of Lilith in Kehjistan
Along the coast of the Twin Seas you will find Kehjistan, the region surrounding the city of Caledum. Though this region has the lowest number of Altars, they are spread out through the many side areas of Kehjistan. If you have trouble finding a specific Altar, you may not have unlocked the area yet. In this case, you must continue your campaign quests.
If you need help finding any of the altars, simply check your map and look at the image above to find which ones you haven’t located. Then look at the number next to it and scroll to the number below to find out exactly where the Altar of Lilith is.

And with that, you have discovered all 31 Altar of Lilith locations in Kehjistan. If you grabbed all of the waypoints and strongholds along the way, you will have enough renown to reach Renown level three in the region. If you do not have enough, you can complete some side quests and optional dungeons to boost your Renown even more.

You may now want to start completing someside questsandoptional dungeonsto improve your renown even further, but make sure you have unlocked World Tier 3 first which is required for Renown level four and five.
