Dagath is the 54th Warframe, and has a theme centered around the classic headless horseman figure, and she damages her enemies by inflicting them with a terrible sadness that saps their will to live. Her design is quite interesting, looking quite like a faceless cavalry rider in heavy armor.

All Dagath abilities inWarframe

Dagath’s signature weapon is Dorrclave, a whip and blade melee weapon. It has been a while since these were truly meta (I am sure many of us remember the Atterax spin-to-win days), so it will be interesting to see how it fits into the game. After twenty kills or assists, Dorrclave enters a spectral state that doubles weapon follow-through and guarantees Status Effects for the next 20 attacks. When being used by Dagath, each active Status Effect heals her slightly, although this does not apply to other Warframes.

Dagath will arrive inWarframeon October 18, giving us yet another Warframe to experiment with. It’s honestly difficult at this point to know what kind of impact a new Warframe will have on the meta, as some will read well on paper but just fall apart when you get them into the game.

Dagath in Warframe

I do suspect that Dagath will be a popular choice due to the focus on Viral damage, which has been a very strong elemental damage type for some time now. Add in that for many players, the new meta is one based around a vast array of enemy times on Steel Path Duviri, and Viral is definitely the way to go. The real test will be survivability.
